CNC/ Wire EDM Production

The CNC and Wire EDM departments meet our customers’ short run, prototype requirements as well as their production quantities.   Our Facilities include: • CNC mills and lathes • Wire EDM machines • Multi-axis mill/turn centers • CNC grinding • Conventional machining   The Greene Group continues to invest in its facilities and capabilities. One recent purchase includes a state-of-the–art 13 axis milling and turning center that allows us to complete extremely complex designs in one set up without secondary handling or finishing. This saves our customers time, money and delivers the highest quality product.   Our experienced CNC programmers and machinists utilize advanced software to assist in both the design and manufacturing process. This also allows us to simulate the manufacture of the customer’s concept and to determine the most efficient method of manufacture.
